Kody Duffy

Bio

Kody Duffy serves as the Defensive Coordinator, Varsity Linebackers Coach, and Special Teams Coordinator at Norco High School. With a strong foundation in Southern California football and experience at both the high school and junior college levels, Coach Duffy brings a detailed, disciplined, and high-energy approach to the Cougar defense.
A native of the San Fernando Valley, Coach Duffy played high school football at Rancho Cucamonga High School from 2007 to 2011, before continuing his career at Citrus College (2011–2013). He then transferred to California Lutheran University, where he competed from 2013 to 2016 and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Duffy began his coaching journey at his alma mater, Rancho Cucamonga High School, as a JV Assistant Coach (2016–2017). From there, he built experience across several respected programs, including:
Chino Hills High School – Varsity Linebackers (2018–2019)
Corona High School – Varsity Linebackers (2020)
Riverside City College – Defensive Line Assistant (2022)
Norco High School – Defensive Coordinator / Varsity LBs / Special Teams (2023–Present)
Known for his ability to connect with players and simplify complex defensive schemes, Coach Duffy brings a technician's mindset to the linebacking corps while also managing key roles in game-day strategy and special teams execution.
He is married to his wife, Trynity, and is proud to represent the tradition and toughness of Norco Football.
